Quality Guarantee

At Dancing Blair Designs, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If your jewelry should become unwearable due to a failure or defect in workmanship within 30 days of purchase, please return it to us in the original packaging for free repair or replacement. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but to compensate you for your trouble, we will send you a free pair of earrings with your returned item.

Prior to returning the item, we request that you contact us to let us know the reason for your return.

Returns

We realize that sometimes it becomes necessary to return an item. It may be that the color isn't quite what you expected. Maybe the necklace is the wrong length.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges.

We appreciate knowing why you're returning the item so that we may better serve you in the future. We ask that prior to returning the item you contact us describing the reason for the return.

Payment Policies

We at Dancing Blair Designs are very excited to offer PayPal as our preferred method of payment. We're excited because you no longer have to be a PayPal member to use their service, although you do have the option to sign up with them if you wish.

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, simply fill out our printable order form and send it to the address on the form along with your payment. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check clears. We impose a $25 fee for all returned checks and money orders.

We are required by law to charge a sales tax of 8.1% for all orders shipped to an Arizona address.

Shipping Policies

For orders under $100.00, we impose a $6.00 shipping and handling fee. We provide free shipping on all purchases of $100.00 or more (before taxes).

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Credit card orders are shipped as soon as possible. Orders using checks or money orders for payment will be shipped after the check or money order has cleared.
