At Dancing Blair Designs, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If your jewelry should become unwearable due to a failure or defect in workmanship within 30 days of purchase, please return it to us in the original packaging for free repair or replacement. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but to compensate you for your trouble, we will send you a free pair of earrings with your returned item.

Prior to returning the item, we request that you contact us to let us know the reason for your return.

Returns

We realize that sometimes it becomes necessary to return an item. It may be that the color isn't quite what you expected. Maybe the necklace is the wrong length.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges.

We appreciate knowing why you're returning the item so that we may better serve you in the future. We ask that prior to returning the item you contact us describing the reason for the return.
